This historic downtown building, and former furniture store, was in desperate need of a renovation and we were fortunate enough to be a part of it. 5,000 s.f. of empty shell just waiting for it's potential to be realized! At the initial meeting, designers learned the overall feel of the space needed to appeal to a wide range of clientele. Rustic elements, such as corrugated copper panels at the bar front, original stained wood flooring, and leather banquette seating, were mixed with chic accents of red-orange backlit acrylic panels and satin nickel finishes to provide this unique blend of styles. A custom designed bar and back-bar feature a lighted translucent inlaid bar top. Custom details also include wood and acrylic barn doors separating the private lounge from the public bar. The designers' input was also solicited for the exterior colors of the building.
