This 2,100 SF home lacked personality when it was purchased by the owner in 2006. Architecture Plus Interiors was hired to add character and warmth as well as to update lighting and plumbing fixtures. All of the Entry, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen walls received a faux finish to add dimension and interest. The cabinetry in those rooms were also treated with a finish technique to look aged and distressed. The Kitchen was updated with a new quartz countertop, new plumbing fixtures, recessed lighting, undercabinet lighting, new cabinet hardware, and new hardwood flooring. Custom window treatments added the finishing touch.
